Want to be a rockstar, but you’re not quite ready to play stadium gigs? Guitar Hero is ready to let you live your dreams – and since you’re at the arcade, your family and roommates can’t complain about band practice!

HOCKEY

The classic arcade returns to Muskegon at RetroActive! Built for kids of all ages (turning 40 didn’t make us act like adults!), we’ve brought our favorite games under one roof. Whether you’re looking for dinner, drinks, and pinball with friends – or a reward for the kids who did their chores – there’s always a reason to visit the arcade.

MODERN TWIST

As much as we love classic arcade games, there’s always room for improvement! At RetroActive, we’ve made sure to bring in modern games – and a modern experience. Like the big city “Barcades,” you’ll have access to great local craft beer and the full bar inside of Socibowl while enjoying a round of Guitar Hero.

INSIDE SOCIBOWL

RetroActive is located inside – and accessed through – Socibowl in Downtown Muskegon. If you’re waiting to bowl or grab a seat in the restaurant and bar, RetroActive is here to make sure the wait isn’t boring! And, if you’re just in it for the fun and games, you can grab a beer or a cocktail to quench your thirst while you rack up the high score.

SKEEBALL

Duckpin bowling may feel like an upgraded version of SkeeBall, but there’s nothing quite like the original. It may be one of the oldest arcade games (invented in 1909!), but it’s still one of our favorite games to pair with a pint.

PACMAN

Ms. Pac-Man hit arcades in 1982, and quickly became the most successful arcade game in North America. Add Galaga into the same console, and you know where you can find us when it’s time for dinner.

PONG

Take a ride back to 1972 with our tabletop Pong! Atari revolutionized video games – and arcades – when it released this classic video game. Our updated version is just as classic and even more fun.
